1. Service Description

OpenHK provides an AI service proxy connection (not a VPN) that helps users in Hong Kong and Macau bypass geo-restrictions to access AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. We distribute sing-box configurations to route AI-related traffic through our proxy servers.

2. Accounts

  • You must sign up using Google OAuth.
  • Each person is limited to one account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and subscription link.
  • Do not share your subscription link or credentials with others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account or subscription link with others.
  • Resell or redistribute the service.
  • Use the service for illegal purposes or to access illegal content.
  • Attempt to disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
  • Circumvent usage limits or abuse detection mechanisms.

4. Abuse Policy

  • We monitor unique client IPs per user across all nodes to detect potential account sharing.
  • Users exceeding the client IP threshold will receive abuse warnings.
  • Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
  • We reserve the right to take immediate action against accounts engaged in abusive behaviour.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

  • Free Trial: New users receive a 3-day free trial (7 days if referred). No credit card is required.
  • Paid Plans: Subscription plans are available on monthly and yearly billing cycles.
  • Redeem Codes: Subscription extension codes can be redeemed to add days to your subscription.

6. Refund Policy

  • As a general rule, payments are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

7. Service Availability

  • We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
  • We are not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Disclaimer

  • The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • We do not guarantee the availability of third-party AI services (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
  • We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms that may affect service functionality.

9. Termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
  • Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked immediately.

10. Referral Program

  • Users may participate in our referral program to earn subscription rewards.
  • After reaching 10 successful referrals, you earn a 60-day subscription code.
  • Fraudulent referrals (fake accounts, self-referrals, etc.) are prohibited and will result in disqualification and possible account termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
